Materials are precision-cut by CNC ply cutters and hand-laid by certified technicians within our ISO 8 / Class 100,000 cleanroom, ensuring pristine assembly conditions.

Curing & Demolding

Parts undergo precise temperature and pressure cycling in our state-of-the-art autoclaves or ovens, followed by careful demolding to preserve structural integrity.

Trimming & Machining

Our advanced 5-axis CNC routers trim components to net shape and machine critical features with micron-level precision, meeting stringent dimensional tolerances.

Finishing & Assembly

Components receive expert surface preparation, advanced coating, paint, or EMI shielding, along with any required hardware integration or precision bonded assemblies.

Quality Assurance

Final inspection utilizes advanced CMM, laser scanning, and ultrasonic NDI techniques to ensure 100% compliance with your engineering requirements and full traceability.
